BADA is a black noise/psych rock Swedish collective devoted to free improvisation and loud contaminations, the sinister creature of Anna Von Hausswolff, Hannes Nilsson, David Sabel, Filip Neyman and Gianluca Grasselli: The sounds of BADA come from various and oppugnant directions: drone landscapes, pipe organs dissonances, tribal rhythms, obscure sliding guitars and deep distorted bass. It is from these diverse sources that the process of creativity keeps persistently mutating. Only few traces of BADA are available on the web therefore the only way to reach their music is through the live experience, a profane and unholy communion where the volumes of the instruments will be high to make sounds resonate through your bodies. An act which reunites the essential bond between music and physical worlds.Anna Von Hausswolff, the most prominent name fo BADA, has spent the majority of time since the release of her last albums ?The Miraculous? and ?Dead Magic? touring the world and playing special shows in very special settings such as the Lincoln Cathedral or Montreux Jazz Festival opening for Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds as well as headline tours, including China. She also lend vocals to the Royal Swedish Opera House and more recently to the Nobel Prize banquet and the worldly well-known Yann Tiersen.

Edward Woodward and Jane Wymark star in a light-hearted drama tracing the unlikely romance between two seemingly mismatched runaways. The bass player is George Mangham, a world-weary, out-of-work jazz musician. The blonde is Terry, a beautiful, wealthy and decidedly determined young woman who fancies herself as a singer. He is twice her age and penniless - but she is in love with him. Having whisked Terry from under the nose of her bridegroom on her wedding day, Mangham flees with her in his battered Mini, and the unconventional couple begin their uphill struggle for acceptance amid see-sawing fortunes and the interventions of Terry's furious father, Charlie. Released for the first time, this set brings together the ITV Playhouse pilot of 1977 - scripted by Roy Clarke (Last of the Summer Wine) - and the highly popular three-part series screened the following year, co-written by Ian Lindsay and Phil Redmond. With a combined cast featuring Ronald Fraser, George Sewell, Sam Kydd, Jeremy Sinden, Alfie Bass, Stanley Lebor and Barry Linehan, The Bass Player and the Blonde is directed by Dennis Vance (Special Branch) and features music specially composed by Jack Parnell.

DEVA PREMAL & MITEN - WORLD TOUR 2020 CELEBRATING 30 YEARS TOGETHER Join world-renowned devotional mantra stars Deva Premal & Miten as they celebrate 30 years of love, mantra and inspirational music. These magical gatherings have inspired and transformed audiences across the planet. To celebrate their 30th anniversary, Deva and Miten will feature a collection of old favourites from their 21-album catalogue, along with standout pieces from their 2019 Grammy nominated album DEVA, which includes the Seven Chakra Gayatri Mantra, one of their most famous signature chants. It?s difficult to describe the communal rhapsody that occurs when Deva & Miten take the stage. ?There is a portal that we all go through, musicians and audiences alike,? Miten says. ?It?s created by - and connected to - everyone in the theatre. For us, it?s not about entertainment, it?s a matter of life and death. When thousands of kindred spirits gather to chant these ancient prayers, magic happens.? Led by the exquisite, telepathically-entwined harmonies of Deva and Miten, the blend of sensual-meets-spiritual, east-meets-west music that they perform has attracted the attention of stars and world teachers. The Dalai Lama includes their chants in his private time, while Cher is currently featuring their composition of the Gayatri Mantra in her current shows. Meditators and yoga practitioners attend their concerts along with fans of new age, trance, rock, fusion, classical, Eastern and all kinds of world music. ?Mantra chanting never fails to uplift the tired spirit, no matter how disconnected we may feel,? Deva says. ?And it always happens. Every theatre becomes a temple when we gather to share our voices in sacred chant.? Deva Premal & Miten are accompanied by their long-time collaborator, Nepalese bansuri maestro, Manose along with their exquisite Temple Band: Deva Premal & Miten with Manose Manose: bansuri/vocals/ukulele/percussion The Temple Band Joby Baker: bass/keyboards/vocals Miles Bould: drums Spencer Cozens: piano/keyboards
